This Privacy Policy applies to all processing of personal data carried out by me within the scope of our digital offerings (links and embedding) on our websites. Core Services:

I collect personal data to the extent necessary for providing a functional website and my content (IP address, date, time, requested page, browser information). This temporary data collection is necessary to facilitate the delivery of content to end user devices, ensure smooth playback, monitoring technical functionality, enhancing the operational security of the web server, anonymization and creation of statistics. The legal basis for these purposes is the legitimate interest of secure and functional operation outweighs the legitimate interests of data subjects pursuant to Art. 6(1) para 1 f GDPR. Data is processed by the data processor united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany.

I use the music platform Bandcamp (Bandcamp, Inc., USA) for the direct marketing of my labels products. When you use the offers on Bandcamp, your entered data, such as Name, Email address, address, payment data will be transmitted to Bandcamp Inc. This is done to create an account at Bandcamp and to make orders via Bandcamp. The legal basis for these purposes is Art. 6(1) para 1 b GDPR. For more information please refer to Bandcamp's data privacy policy. If you previously gave consent to receive our newsletter via Bandcamp, you can revoke your given consent at any time. Data processing that occurred in the past remains effective after a revocation.

When you contact me, the personal data transmitted to me (e.g., name, address, phone number, or email address etc.) is solely used for processing your contact inquiries. Users can contact me at the provided contact addresses. All personal data stored during the contact will be deleted thereafter. The legal basis for these purposes is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1) para 1 a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent to process personal data or object to the storage of the provided personal data at any time. In this case, the conversation cannot be continued.

Payments:

I use the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (“Stripe”) to process payments. When you make a payment, Stripe processes your payment data (e.g., name, email address, payment method details, card information, billing address, amount, date) and technical identifiers (e.g., IP address, device identifiers) for the purpose of processing the transaction. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). If fraud-prevention, security, or compliance checks are carried out by Stripe, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in preventing abuse and ensuring secure payment processing). I also offer payment via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”). When you make a payment using PayPal, PayPal processes your payment data (e.g., name, email address, billing address, account details, payment amount, transaction date) and technical identifiers (e.g., IP address, device information) for the purpose of processing the transaction. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). If PayPal carries out fraud-prevention, security, anti-money-laundering checks or identity verification, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in preventing abuse and ensuring secure and compliant payment processing) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation). PayPal may transfer data to third countries, including the United States. Such transfers are based on Art. 46 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses). Stripe and PayPal use cookies and similar technologies that are technically necessary for enabling secure payment processing (e.g., fraud prevention, session identification). These cookies may be placed when you access pages where Stripe payment forms or PayPal payment forms are embedded. The use of technically necessary cookies is based on § 25(2) TTDSG (no consent required). If Stripe or PayPal were to use non-essential analytics or marketing cookies (usually not the case in default integrations), these would be used only with your consent pursuant to § 25(1) TTDSG / Art. 6(1) (a) GDPR.

Platforms:

I am present on platforms, such as Soundcloud, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, whose providers process and store your data. I have no influence on their data protection regulations and technical settings. These providers use cookies to track user behavior on other websites and apps. If your personal data is processed, you have rights. You have the right to request information about which data about you is stored and for what purpose this storage occurs. Furthermore, you can correct incorrect data or request the deletion of data whose storage is impermissible or no longer necessary. You have the right to data portability. Additionally, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
